Alex is a Building Manager with Eden Property. He brings hands-on building operations experience from large residential complexes, together with a background in real estate sales and leasing.Since 2023 he has worked as a Building Manager with the Meriton Group in Sydney, supervising contractors and trades, maintaining building safety and compliance, and acting as the day-to-day link between owners, tenants and strata. His work covers security and access control, compliance audits, and monthly reporting on how the building is running.Before that he was a Real Estate Sales Manager with Pegasus Estates, leading sales teams, pricing and campaigns, and seeing transactions through from enquiry to settlement. He holds a NSW assistant agent certificate, and earlier qualifications in information technology and commercial cookery. That mix of site operations and sales is what he brings to owners and residents.Alex is fluent in English and Indonesian, with basic Mandarin.
