Andrew is the on-site Building Manager at Chelsea Park, Waitara. He recently joined Eden Property, with a background in facilities, operations and workplace health and safety.Before joining the team he was Operations Manager for GPT at Workplace 6 and 7, Macquarie Place, looking after A-grade commercial, government and retail space. His work covered planned maintenance, contractor compliance, capital works, and the plant that keeps a building safe, including fire and AFSS, building management systems and HVAC. The base building achieved a 5.5-star NABERS energy rating during his time there.Earlier he was Facility Supervisor at ResMed in Bella Vista, and Health, Safety and Environment and Facility Coordinator at Bayer in Rydalmere, where the site recorded no lost-time injuries. He holds Certificate IV qualifications in work health and safety and in training and assessment, with tickets for working at heights, confined space, a white card and first aid.
