Anthony Marmaras is our Senior Building Manager. He brings more than a decade of project-management experience, together with a degree in Environmental Science and qualifications in Landscape and Building Design.He began his career with the NSW Government as a Design Manager for public spaces, councils and schools, leading projects with a lasting effect on the communities they serve. He then moved into private enterprise as Design Manager and State Manager, responsible for project delivery and client management across community and social infrastructure.He later brought that experience into property. As a local and interstate investor based in Sydney’s inner west, he understands both the building and the people who live in it.
