Roy is an Assistant Building/Property Manager with Eden Property. He has been with the team since November 2023, working across apartment complexes.On site he supports the day-to-day running of the buildings. That includes routine inspections of common property, coordinating contractors and arranging access, and being a point of contact for residents and owners when the building manager is unavailable, including on weekends. He also assists with cleaning, waste and facilities, key and access registers, and the records that sit behind preventative maintenance.He is used to urgent call-outs and to escalating the matters that need a trade, the strata manager or emergency services. Residents know him as a calm first response: the person who takes the call, sees the issue, and follows it through.Roy is studying a double degree in Law and Business in Sydney. He completed the Higher School Certificate at Knox Grammar School in 2023, with an ATAR of 98.55 and All-Round Achiever recognition.
