Tracey is an on-site Building and Property Manager at Eden Apartments, Waitara. She has been with Eden Property since 2019 and looks after the building and its residents day to day.She knows Waitara and Eden Apartments in detail, from common-property issues and contractor coordination through to owner and resident enquiries. Residents and owners deal with her directly, and she is known for service that is consistently rated well and often goes beyond what was asked.Tracey works on site, so problems are seen and followed through rather than passed on.
